  • Transferrable skills analysis (TSA) is a powerful tool that allows clients to recognize the diverse talents they possess and strategically apply them across different roles, industries, and career paths.

A transferrable skills analysis involves a comprehensive examination of the skills, knowledge, and abilities that clients have acquired throughout their personal and professional experiences (e.g. education, volunteer work, hobbies, or previous employment).

Our transferrable skills analysis process involves a thorough assessment of how these skills can be adapted and utilized in different settings to achieve specific goals and objectives. By recognizing the underlying competencies that transcend specific job titles or industries, clients can unlock new opportunities, pivot to new career paths, and maximize their potential for success.

  • Labor Market Survey (LMS) serves as a resource for the local job market. Its primary purpose is to assess the suitability of specific job opportunities in relation to a client’s vocational profile.

Key components include determining salary prospects and the potential eligibility of clients for identified job roles. The information gathered comes from various sources, including reviewing employer websites and online job boards, directly contacting employers, and reviewing published employment statistics and wage data. By synthesizing this data, we provide a comprehensive overview of available job opportunities and corresponding wage rates within a specified geographical area for a particular timeframe. This invaluable insight aids clients in making informed decisions regarding their career paths and employment prospects.
